Ok, I know I'm probably going to be hammered at this one ... but I found the strength training part defeating, so I deleted it. I know I'm getting strength training with my dvds like 30 day shred, prevention 3-2-1, tank top arms..., so I'm not going to worry about the details of strength training. I'm incorporating it into my daily workouts, so I'm not going to sweat the small stuff and stress about how many reps I completed that time. My goal is to be strong, lean & healthy, not be able to do 3 reps of 15 of a particular weight training program. On the upside, I do specific weight training anyways like the above mentioned dvds as well as the 10 minute solution with bands, and I ordered the Tony Horton's 10 minute trainer to rotate in my dvds, so again, I'm incorporating strength without the stress of tracking every single rep.

I need to keep my goals & tracking clean & clear otherwise I'll fail before I start for stressing about 'am I doing enough'.

Here's my take on it. I do additional cardio besides the Shred so even though I log it in as circuit training, if I do it 3x a week I consider it my strength training. Even though it is categorized as cardio. Does that make sense? It works for me, but might not be the option for everyone.

I'm thinking the same, if I log it under cardio that's great ... but then I'm still missing my strength traning. I can't imagine doing both as it's incorporated into the one time & I'd be dead if I did more strength. How is everyone dealing with this?

I guess logging it in "circuit" makes more sense that logging it as a breakdown of all strenght and ab exercises and 6 minutes of cardio...which was the way I was trying to log it in! lol
Eventually I ended up finding the "circuit" option that made me feel like a noob, but now according to the log page I need to add 3 more days of strenght!! emoticon

I log mine at 20 min of circuit training under cardio.

I just started the 'Shred' yesterday...What do you key it under in the exercise log??? I want to make sure I put it in the right category....
