Welcome to the **October** Challenge!
If you’ve participated before (July Fireworks Challenge), welcome back for another month! To all those who have not done this challenge (or any other) welcome aboard newcomers!
The challenge is pretty easy & does NOT require a long-term commitment. You pick a goal weight, and post your progress each week. You are NOT in competition with the other challengers—in fact, you are encouraged to cheer each other on.
This is about having a reason to stay motivated throughout the month’s weight loss journey and having a place to post your progress to help you stay on track--some "extra" accountability for your actions because you know you aren't the only one who will "see" the results.
We'll have 5 weekly weigh-ins in October plus the start. Our weekly weigh-in dates are October 3, 10, 17, 24, and 31 for final weigh in.
Weigh-in days are Mondays ONLY.
