I'm dying from lack of a HK infusion so to pass the time until the next series, let's see if we can come up with better HK challenges.
#1 Chefs are to make three dishes using only ingredients that can be found in all 7-11s. (No local foods allowed.)
#2 Chefs are to make the most painfully hot dishes that are still enjoyable to eat (where "enjoyability" is totally up to the whims of Ramsay).
#3 Chefs are to prepare an entree or dessert with an alcohol content of at least 40%. Chefs must then consume enough of their own dish to raise their blood alcohol content to 0.15%. After reaching this BAC, chefs must then prepare the same dish again. Only the 2nd will be judged.
