At the moment I am logged in at 30 minutes each day, I also have found the way to log an activity outside of the WII such as my walking to I am learning new things everyday about the WII. I use it most days of the week. I do the body test and I have been constantly losing weight at about 100g per day, it is good to see the marker on the graphy go down, although for a while it was up and down.

I have now been using WII at least 5 days a week. I really am now seeing the results, also feel the results. I 'm determined to follow my workout until I meet my goal. I try to increase my time every 2wks. I now work out from 90min to 120 min per day. I feel so good and proud that I'm doing this for me.emoticon

Each day I feel better than the day before. It's all about me

Don't worry found out the answer for myself you can manually enter the time and calories burned, so I just need to record it from the FITPIGGY bank in the WII and enter into sparkpeople. WOW I am on a roll.

DAY 2: On the WII and did I build up a sweat. I also found that because it gives you the time and calories that you burned, I can also use these calculations in Calorie King to log it, I am wondering if I can create my own workout in SparkPeople. For example, I workout for 30 minutes this morning burning 178 calories by dividing this by 30 I burnt 5.9calories per minute in calorie can I can create this exercise. How cool is that? So I can record the exact time and amount of calories that I burn in a session.

Cheers

This is my final semester of college and my final semester of having a 'free' gym service. I am DEFINITELY going to take advantage of that, but I also need to get myself back into the routine of using the Wii on a regular basis -- right now I only use it 1-2x/week and I would like to increase that to 3-5x/week (probably 6x/wk once I graduate and no longer have a gym). It'd be nice if my apartment building that we move to in May had a gym, but I will make the best of whatever I have! :-) Good luck to everyone!

Haha! We also live in an apartment (no gym) and it has a laundry room downstairs. I can't tell you how said it is that I have a hard time getting myself downstairs to do laundry. I often think how nice it would be if we had a gym, but if I can't bring myself to do laundry, what makes me think I would use a gym? LOL! I like working out in my own apartment I guess because I don't have to get out of my pj's if I don't want to. emoticon

I live in a high rise building, we have a gym. I was going everyday to workout. I would spend 30 min on treadmill, then the weights etc for another 30 min. Well I have back challenges, the treadmill was not the best thing for my back. So I came back to using my WII.. I just love working out, the free step is great. I have increased my time, calories every month. Good luck

I was going to the Gym 3 times a week, and because I was working did not spend much time on the WII except for the weekends. Now I am out of work I have decided to use the WII more often, spent 30 minutes on it this morning and it felt great and was a lot of fun. I think that will be this weeks goal to use the WII everyday. Might as well I have nothing else to do, might as well get healthy whilst looking for another job.
