I'm posting this for my accountability, but also for others who are looking for some new ways to amp-up their Wii usage.
Every time I get on the Wii, I will aim to do one additional game, exercise, routine, than the previous time.
Ex. Let's say that yesterday, I did 10 minutes of SuperHulaHoop on the WiiFit. So, the next time I get on the Wii I will have to do at least one more game, ontop of what I did today.
This can be a challenge we re-set every week, unless you only get on the Wii 1x/wk & then it can be an every other week reset, or every month reset. Whatever works for your own personal Wii usage.
I am starting this challenge tomorrow. My goal for tomorrow:
10 minutes of Super HulaHoop
5 minutes of misc. Training games.
I'll be more specific once I get started tomorrow!
