I didn't see this challenge till just barely for some strange reason - probably an Email glip somewheres.

As of today, Friday 11/11, I've ranked in 60 WiiFit Credits. I'll keep posting whenever I do Wii this month :D

I would like to join this challenge I set myself 4kgs at the beginning of November to lose by my birthday 9th December. So everyday I walk for 90 minutes usually in two lots 45 minutes in the morning and 45 minutes in the afternoon. This is because at the moment I am not working, whilst working I was walking 45 minutes after work. I take my dogs with me they love walking twice a day. emoticon I also ride my bike 30 minutes 3 times a week. I am trying to get myself motivated to do the Fitness Schedule in my Fitness Tracker. emoticon

Nice =) I don't know for sure what I did each day. I could go look it up but I know I didn't go over 30 on any day because I've been feeling pretty puny and I completely skipped 2 days. I'll start posting each day now. My son had strep too and he's kept me busy these last 3 days home from school but he was fever free yesterday and back to school today so maybe I can get back to my routine now with everyone getting well!

This is just like Rocktober Challenge but for November. Feel free to transfer any November exercises you did. Than start posting everyday you do it with the minutes and we'll see who had the most Points/Minutes for this month!

If you didn't do it this last month here's a little bit more direction.
The goal is to see how many Wii point (minutes) you do everyday. You can also use the Activities Logs as well as long as your tracking them in the Wii itself. Do the best you can! So make sure you post every time you do it! Even if it's nothing, it's o k!
