Didn't have access to my wii yesterday so only worked out with a video. Haven't been adding my video work out times to my credits, but I use a video every day in addition to the wii. Its rather more intense than the wii workouts. Was I supposed to add that time? Oh well. Not a big deal =)

I got in 46 fit credit minutes today. Most of them were the juggling game again. I've moved up to the second level, where you get to juggle five balls at once. And instead of just one giant black bomb being thrown at you, they throw two! But it was fun. The rest was that Training Plus game where you put the billard balls through the holes on each table and progressively work your way donwn the tables.

I can't do any of the impact games at all because of my ankle, so I didn't burn many calories, but more than I would have watching TV! emoticon

As a team, were up to 2101 fit minutes. emoticon

Congratulations once again go to ANGELIN44, with 582 total Fit Credits for the month! emoticon Something I am learning from this challenge is just exactly how consistency really adds up over time. Angel's biggest day was only 68 Fit Credits, but the smallest is 20. The important thing is that she does it EVERY DAY. It can be easy to think, "What's 10 or 20 minutes?" But Angel shows us that it adds up to some pretty impressive numbers. Pluse, I see that her daily time is slowly getting longer as she gets stronger. emoticon Way to go Angel, and thanks for this very graphic display of how daily dedication pays off!

I would be remiss if I did not mention PISCESRYCHE, who is just 16 minutes behind Angel at a beautiful 566 minutes so far this October. Both of these excellent Sparkers have been putting in lots of time on their Wii's and are reaping the benefits of it. And we see Pisces also putting in lots of other time working out elsewhere. She's quite the ball of energy. emoticon

I put in 1 minute today. Yes, one. It was supposed to be my 30th minute yesterday, but it spilled over to today, so I have one minute for Sunday, 10/16. emoticon

Here is the best way I can describe what I did /stretching, yoga, weights, balance, strength, more strength, jack knife challenge and plank challenge, cardio, more yoga, stretching, practicing my vocals and 2 nights in a row of going to bed at a decent time and getting up earlier. I also walked a lot today too out side of the wii

10/8 94 Lots of Heavy Cleaning, Bathed Both My Big Dogs who don't like it! Lots of resistance! Running Around and doing a new dvd exercise, wore my pedometer to keep time



10/9 90 mixed wii exercises and my new dvd wore my pedometer to keep time on the credits also practiced my vocals, which takes a lot out of you.

OK, I got in 80 minutes in Fit Credits today, working off 349 calories! Good thing too... I was trying to work off that Drumstick ice cream cone (310 calories) I ate earlier!

Usually Sat is my day off, but I have been doing all kinds of Wii exercises, walking my dogs, strength training extreme and even did a spark people full body workout.
So I am pretty sore. emoticon
I took off Wed instead.

Need to relax but now my insomnia is kicking in. Should've pushed myself !

I never seem to get it all right. emoticon

Oh well tomorrows another day. 1 Great thing about today was I saw my nutritionist (every other week) and I lost 3.2lbs and 2" off my waist.
I go by their scale. It's high tech! The will has me 2lbs heavier and my home scale is 4lbs off! I know we shouldn't' go by the scale, but it is so hard not to. Especially when your in a plataeu . emoticon emoticon
So I can pat myself on the back for that one. emoticon

Wii today was 31 credits but i also walk 2.5 to 3 miles every day also. Plus I do strength training every day, I really like to exercise every day.

Yes, I include all my strength training in with all my other workouts. Maybe if I ever get to where I am doing two hours of cardio plus strength training in one day, I may consider it. For now, you're right... too much work to try to input them one by one.

O K this is last night Oct 2 2011
Wasn't able to get on til after midnight.

Since I can't log it all in separately and won't take the time to try to figure out what calories and how many minutes went to every exercise done! That is a pain. Anyone else agree? Anyone know of a better way to track it?
I'd love to track the strength under the strength but I don't have the time to put in every exercise and they come up w/their own calories based on minutes. I hate that.
So I let it fall into My Wii Fit Routine

This is basically what I do on the Wii . I mix it up everytime.

The Fit Credits from the Wii. For example, I just earned 33 Fit Credits for 33 minutes on the Wii. So it's a fitness minutes challenge, not a SparkPoints challenge. I'm sorry for the confusion.
