Mine are always WAY off, too. I go by what my HRM says. And if you ever decide to try The Biggest Loser, which you can use for with the balance board, it shows ridiculously low calorie burns. Unless you really FEEL like your burn is less than what your HRM reads, I'd just go with that. I don't think the Wii Fit calculates calories for those of us who really work our hardest at those "games" and make them an actual workout, but rather for the average person who is just playing it to play.
