I just joined this group. I love the WII so much that I had forgot to come to SP. I started my workout in Nov. Now I try to workout 4 to 5 days a week. I'm retired so I usually work out about 2hrs now. I know its a lot of time but I log in everything. If its not there I will create my workout. .I.m glad we have this team . emoticon

Each day I feel better than the day before. It's all about me

Oh dear! Sounds like my house. I have a DVD around here somewhere that I borrowed from the library a long time (I mean a really looooong time) ago. Good thing there's no limit to how many times I can renew it! Ever the optimist, I just KNOW I will find it one day. emoticon

Hi, I;m new to the group! Hope everyone had a good Christmas and New Year!! My daughter and I use the Wii for fitness daily - I bought Wii Fit Plus for my daughter at Xmas - but somehow it has disappeared - which is most frustrating! So unless we find it we will be carrying on with Wii Fit!

My Fitness Coach 2 is another game that you can get for the Wii. It's available used at Game Stop for around $20. I have't tried it, but have been tempted.

What is My Fitness Coach 2? Is that an SP thing or a separate Wii game you have to purchase?

I know this is a really old thread, but hey, almost nothing stops me from piping into a good conversation... emoticon

I just manually enter mine in under cardio using the Wii piggie's estimation of calories. I'm not going through all the trouble to log each thing individually. Yuck.

I used the wii fit and then I started using My Fitness Coach2. I was just wondering though, how do I log my workouts on that program for my fitness credits? Any ideas on how to do that?

I have the WII Fit Plus and LOVE it. I do not do it as much as I used to as I work out 6 times a week at my gym, but there are days where I will try to get at least 10 minutes of SOMETHING on it. Typically I do the YOGA, Strength, and Aerobic. I love to do the running one, and also the hula hoop. Good fun.

I actually added my own "Wii Fit Medley" activity. SP has some Wii activities you can choose from, but I always use my HRM and have found my burn is way different than what SP estimates, so I just created my own. As for the strength training, if I can't find a similar activity on SP's list, I add the Wii Fit activity as well (those I do individually instead of lumping them together).

I personally log the cardio & yoga under cardio and the strength training I don't log alot because there are activities on the wii that aren't on sp. When I do a running activity, I log it in under running/jogging. Not under wii activities. Hope this helps.

How do you all log your Wii Fit time on Spark People? Do you log each exercise separately under strength or do you log in the time under cardio? All opinions would be greatly appreciated. :)
