I always end up popping my bubble in the floating river game. I love the penguin balance game, and I love the yoga pose where you sit there and if you move he yells at you. Scares me every time! LOL I have made it through to the end of that one, once. Yeah for me!

I start my morning with the Advance Island bike ride, my favorite! Usually 30 minutes. I then pick the combo and let the trainer lead me thru 56 minutes of a mixture. I dislike the Birds eye, I have a crippled arm, and I always growl when she has me do the juggling, can never get it! I love Kung Fu and Hula. I like how the trainer switches between Yoga and the others. I usually end with a 30 min run or 30 minute Free step. I really like the step games.

My favorite is the advanced step....do several times in a row to work up a sweat.
Use your arms and really get in to the rhythm.

I'm not crazy about the ski jump thing. I seem to miss the jump and turn into a giant snowball rolling downhill most of the time. LOL

totally surprised to find I actually like the island lap...i usually do that with 10 min. rythmn boxing and advanced step. then I change up other quicker things like hula hoop or a few strength exercises. No matter what I always start with the yoga warrior. Gets my mind ready to "fight the fat"!

I haven't done all the games yet but of the ones I have done I'm not especially fond of the snowball game. I throw straight at them at it shows me throwing all the way to the side. Not a single snowball has hit the other guy.

My favorite games are the boxing and the rhythm kung fu. I think that could be because you do it to music.

i don't like the game where u have to add to 10 by bumping the pinball bumpers. i also suck at the one where u r trying to fly from goal to goal by flapping your arms and stuff.

my faves are the kung fu, the boxing and the marching band. ow and my ultimate fav of course is zen tactics.

don't u wish they had Tai Chi (try spelling tai chi when yer drinking thai tea) for wii?

I dislike running, and I hate, thus far, that segway thing. I always lean forward to far, and kill my legs, or I don't find the spot that is the perfect angle to lean forward. Gah.

I like all the games, I really havent tried the yoga or strength ones that much so I guess I would say they are my least favorite.

I don't like running!! I really like advanced step, kung fu and hula hooping! I like the obstacle course but can't get very far on advanced!

I love hula hoop (6 minutes kills me), step arobics, rhythm kung fu, marching band, and obstacle course. I suck at most of the balance games, but I'm working on it!

I agree the yoga ones seem to be tough and not beneficial at first... I promise you if you do them all and keep up with it you'll see your flexibility improve. I LOVE the soccer one.

Oh and I do love Kung Fu. It's fun and I like Marching Band. That is a riot and I do that with my 6yr old daughter. I like the tilt one too- for balance work. Same with that bubble one. Really makes you focus on balancing....

Don't like the damn snowball one. I always mess up. I also mess up on the skateboarding.
I love the hula hoops, the step aerobics, the running, and the soccer ball one. I also love the skiing. To REALLY feel I am getting a work out- running, (all), yoga, strength ones, and hula hoop. The rest I feel are just more fun and get you moving but not getting a really good workout. Do the running- long runs, ALL the yoga poses- wow- that is a work out. Hula hoops too. Those are hard and you do feel it. (If you do more than twice)

I hate the running, but I have bad knees and don't like to run! I also don't like the tilt games very much as well.

I love the Kung Fu - the leg lifts are the ones I usually miss, but the rest is really fun.

I also don't like the one where you sit on the board and use your arms to lift yourself up to a bridge. Can't do that one at all!

WOW! I am surprised that so many people don't like the Kung Fu. I'm still trying to master the timing, but I'm liking it well enough to go back to it. I get frustrated with the rhythm boxing. It never seems to acknowledge when I "dodge left, dodge right." However, the rest of the boxing is good enough that I still play almost every day. I don't like the tilt table ones or Tilt City - I am SO BAD at them! One day maybe...

I HATE yoga. I choose the combination exercises and let the Wii choose exercises from each group and I always groan when it's a yoga pose. I like the aerobic and some of the balance exercises, especially the ones I'm good at or am getting better at. When I choose "training", I NEVER do the yoga exercises.

I have the same problem with the Kung Fu not recognizing all the leg lifts :(

I also avoid all of the Yoga poses. I've been doing yoga semi-seriously for several years, and I feel like the poses get distorted - dangerously so, in some cases - in order to work with the Wii. I've done each of them once, and that was enough.

wow!! a reply within 7 minutes, must be a new world record or close to one :) Thanks SeeYouShine!

I dont do half of Wii Fit Plus or EA Sports exercises but stick to a particular set - like boxing, baseball, dancing & tennis only on EA Sports, but what I do gets the job done, so I am happy:)

I now avoid cycling as I find it really really boring now, so I do Obstacle Course instead.

I don't like the jogging or kung fu either, but I do the jogging every day any way!
