I dont worry about the fluctuations. Because I may use my Wii fit at different times of the day. It all depends on whether ir was 1st thing in the morn or after work etc. But I will say the Wii fit is only about a pound or 2 more than my real scale. i am like the other posters and like having the stamp on my calendar

I only do it weekly but my friend does the body test daily. She says it keeps her in line. She also has an "official" weigh in day that she says counts. The other weigh ins are just ways to let her know she needs to change something.
LOL! NJordGal, I like the stamps on my calendar too. It's motivating to see I've worked out every day. I don't mind the fluctuation as long as I'm heading down in the long term. I like to watch the graph heading downward.

To me the daily fluxuations are a motivational tool for me. I see that as room for progress. But as you get into it they fluxuate less. My Wii Fit age, is another question with me. I was 28 yesterday and 42 today. that is the highest it has ever been. but i have noticed my age has fluxuates when I lose weight and my center of balance is changing. That is my take on it anyway. And if I loose weight I count it for my weigh in.
I only do it because I like having the stamps on the calendar - nice visual presentation of my workouts (I should add: I only do the body test if I'm working out that day, never just to do the body test). I figure it only "Counts" on Fridays (my weigh-in day)

I have been on this weightloss quest for far to long, with little results. I got the wii fit plus at christmas time and have been going on faithfully everyday, and no change! But anyway my question is the expectation that I weigh in and track my BMI everyday! Does anyone do this? I have been, but I am going to go back to just weighing myself once a week because I can't stand the daily fluctuations. Does anyone know why it suggests you do this every day?
