Sorry to hear about your set back. It does happen and it is hard at least for me to get back on track. A few weeks a go my back went out and I haven't been able to get back in the right speed of a work out.
Itís been a while, I know, however, I thought Iíd post an update while I have some time on my hands.
Well, Iíve been bad off / on the last week and a Ĺ - 2 weeks. Thanksgiving thru me off (as holidays usually do Ė LOL) and the next week I was sick for several days and laid up in bed (hubbyís orders *LOL*). So I havenít been really exercising. Iíve been sticking to doing the portion sizes the best I can and not snack so frequently like I usually have been known to do. I havenít been keeping up with my water too much either. It was more of an on / off thing.
I have a friend that is going to workout with me. She canít right now only due to the fact she found out today that she has pneumonia (yuck). Iím ready to get back on track for good this time. Workout, eat better, etc..
So feel free to kick my butt into gear if you want, but I will be getting on track tomorrow and doing better day by day.
