are you seeing where you're going over on your calories? are you drinking soda or juice or some other high caloric drink? since i've cut out almost all soda, that has helped immensely. i'm not saying i don't drink it, just not 3 or 4 cans a day. if you're not exercising at all, try 10 mins. even if it is only 10 mins., that's 10 mins more than nothing at all....hope i've been some help

I don’t know what’s going on with me but it totally shows with what my weight as of a ½ hour ago.
This is how last week went for me (my range is 1330 – 1680):
11/10 – 1899 cal. (219 over)
11/11 – 1278 cal. (good)
11/12 – 1907 cal. (227 over)
11/13 – 1753 cal. (73 over)
11/14 – 1721 cal. (41 over)
11/15 – 1602 cal. (good)
See? I only had 2 good days. It’s either eating too much or eating the wrong stuff. And the lack of exercise probably didn’t help me either.
I know I was given suggestions already. I keep saying I’m going to try harder; I don’t know if those have much meaning anymore. I guess I’m gonna have push ever harder.
