The Generator requires you to be a member now. It's free, so no biggie- it just caught me by surprise!
As for me- I have a lot of things I would do:
- Focus on an area of training and do 20-30 minutes of it. Yoga, Strength Training, Aerobic, Balance, Favorites (Most Done Activities).
- Focus on an area of my body and do all exercises in the game pertaining to it. Upper, Lower, Core, Entire Body.
- The whole Favorites List, repeating activities until I get either four stars, or in the top five. After three tries, I move on- but go back after I've done the others. Makes the overall workout time longer, but keeps the activities from going stale from over-doing them.
