For us Wii Fitters, a healthy breakfast begins with more than just grabbing something quick and rushing out the door (or skipping breakfast altogether). It is a critical point in our faith in ourselves and what we're doing towards our goals. On this page, post three things:
Your breakfast food plan (if it's the day or night before)
What time, when, where, and what you ate for breakfast
Your goal of the day (even if it's not a Wii Fit goal)
Remember, victory begins in the morning! Launch your day the Wii-Tees way and double your results.
