You can enter the minutes and the type of activity if you go to the Start tab, and then use the quick tracker, OR, if you want it to be more accurate/in-depth, you can go to My Fitness, then go to the Add Cardio button, and search for Wii Fit. Choose either low or high intensity, and enter the minutes that you participated.
I am apparently having a blonde moment. I am new to this whole thing and am having a little bit of trouble tracking my fitness time. How do I enter the time that I spent working out with the Wii fit acurately?
