In case you haven't noticed yet, its almost summer! Put away that Balance Board and use the good weather to start with that walk around the block, building up to a regular routine. No Wii Fit virtual trainer can take the place of fresh air, sunshine, and nature.

You can figure out a routine for yourself based on time you have available for a workout, workout goals (lose weight, gain muscle, flexibility, etc.), and you can join our Wii Fitters Unite! group there! The 50-lb clubs are in their fourth month now. Some are going strong because of great participation, others because of reforming and beginning again. If you are interested in a 50-lb club, they are (so far) the New Diamond Club, the Atomic Club, the Cadillac Club, and the Gold Club 2.
