***MY ADVICE? GO OUTSIDE!!!***
In case you haven't noticed yet, its almost summer! Put away that Balance Board and use the good weather to start with that walk around the block, building up to a regular routine. No Wii Fit virtual trainer can take the place of fresh air, sunshine, and nature.
****The FATHER'S DAY CONGRATULATIONS WISH*** Father's Day is June 21, so we want to take time and wish our Wii Fitters Unite! fathers and fathers everywhere a very happy day. And for those of us whose fathers are watching over us from another place, may we always know that we are loved. Here's a tribute from Gorgeous Keith Urban:
***A LUXURY GIFT FOR YOU!!!*** For those of you who are a bit handy with the crafts, a very, very, cool "Kelly Bag" by the design house Hermes is yours for the download. Use the link below to check it out as you remember us on the Wii Fit Unite! Team
If you didn't catch it last month, I found what I deemed "the best thing going right now for the Wii Fit" (that is, without further investment): the new workout routine generator available at Wii Fit Routine.com. You can figure out a routine for yourself based on time you have available for a workout, workout goals (lose weight, gain muscle, flexibility, etc.), and you can join our Wii Fitters Unite! group there! Here is the link:

Help me celebrate our members, okay? Giving motivation IS getting it return, and we need all the support to keep our team going strong. And if you haven't posted your birthday on the Birthday Bash thread, here's the link:
The 50-lb clubs are in their fourth month now. Some are going strong because of great participation, others because of reforming and beginning again. If you are interested in a 50-lb club, they are (so far) the New Diamond Club, the Atomic Club, the Cadillac Club, and the Gold Club 2. Check out their team threads, and I'm sure there's place for you.

Go to the thread and post a message introducing yourself if the a club seems right for you. The club leader will respond to you shortly, and if there's any problems, just post a message to me and I'll help.
***The Monthly Commitment***
And again, as Sparkpeople has joined us in endorsing our use of the Wii Fit Balance Board by placing it in the exercise menus, what would you say to posting your Wii Fit activity for the week, and even the month AHEAD vs. after you done it? Take every opportunity to commit to exercise, and posting ahead gives you points and reasons to schedule your workouts. Plan your work. And Work. Your. Plan.
