I tried the app, and I tried Support in Motion for tracking, but I'm sticking with SparkPeople for now! Maybe when the TSFL developers do an upgrade I'll try it again.
I like the detail SP lets me use, and I have a good timer/clock/reminder program (Astrid, which is also free on the Android Market). There are only 2 things that I wish SP would let me do that it doesn't. One is put a timestamp on what I eat, just for reference, and the other is to delete the breakfast, lunch, and dinner headings for meals. I have added meal headings of "Medifast 1" through "Medifast 5" and "Lean & Green", so I use those and the SP provided "Snack".
