Yesterday I did 5 minoutes of hugging on all my children. They loved it and so did I. Today I will take 5 minutes to do the same thing and hopefully turn it into a habit. emoticon

For my five minutes, it is usually hardest for me to get out of bed, so I am going to lay in bed for five minutes every morning and smile inside and out before beginnning the day emoticon

Hi, I'm a newbie to this board. I've decided to spend at least 5 mintues a day away from my cube. It's the busy time of the year for us at work and I ended with not only taking my breaks (or not taking my breaks) and lunches at my cube but doing overtime.
(I hit the gym out after work.)
I think it will help to get up, walk away and breathe. Clear out the old noggin and lessen the stress.

For my 5 minutes I jump roped. I've been wanting to, even listed that has a "other goal to track" (15 min a day) but I haven't been able to do a whole 15 minutes so today I started with 5.

I spent 5 minutes today listening to a motivational tape on the Law of Attraction.....and for the rest of the day I could not wipe the smile off my face. Yes sometimes we forget taking our pets outside or leaving them in and playing fetch or catch the string or walking or just running around and letting them chase you is well worth the effort. Made me decide to take my two dogs for a walk around the block. Five minutes time well spent.

My Five Minutes For this weekend:
Friday: Go to Curves for an orientation (I don't workout on my own in winter, so this will make me, since I'm paying for it)
Saturday: lots of stretching (since I've got 5 total hours of driving to do that day)
Sunday: Stair-Climbing (I guess that's what you're supposed to call it when the washer and dryer are in the basement).

mediate before a big exam
enjoy a cup of coffee with sparkpeople
listen to a book on tape while driving
read to my sons
massage my hubby's feet
make a big pot of chili

Hi team well I did it and it felt fresh in the morning.

well for today we should all care for our feet let's
1.wash the feet 1 minute
2.cream them with cold cream 2 minutes[we should massage it too]
3.comb the hair 1 minute
4.put oil or cream on the nails 1 minutes.

Today it is for skin let's all care for the skin.

1.wash hands and face
2.apply lotion or cream
3.comb our hairs
