Hi TRUE2NDCHANCE and welcome to the team. It take about 5 minutes to do 3 sets of exercises. 1 minute for exercise and rest for 30 second and than 1 more set and rest. Also if you can't do 3 sets, that is ok, just do what you can. Push yourself but not to hard. Dan
