I lost 1.5 lbs. for my weigh-in and I'm very happy with that! Considering the way I splurged all week. 4 days out of 5 I have worked out. Today is my day off, but I'll probably do something around 4:00 (that is the time I chose to exercise). Here"s to you! I"m glad you lost, too!
