the exercises are a really great way for someone who's got little motivation. Once I've started the exercises in my living room. Then I'm motivated to get up and get moving. It's surprising what one simple exercise can do for your life. Tonight's the "skater squats" and I'll do those and then march aimlessly in my living room for 25 minutes. What a way to get going.
