i like the 5 minute exercise challege because once i get into the exercise i want to do more. i am already over my exercise time for the week. i started 3 days ago and i ve done 10 minutes 15 minutes 12 mintes 20 minutes and a 12 minute workout all in the last 3 to 4 days. im excited yeah for me
