To Spark and the team!! You are now among some of the Most reliable, positive, motivating and supportive people you will ever find!! I also lost weight pre-Spark and have found this site to be extremely helpful..actually, many Sparkers have had the same experience! First off: use your Food Tracker!! Track every bit of food that passes your lips! Even the peanut butter you ate while making that sandwich counts! If you are able to exercise use your Fitness Tracker now also. Um. Not sure what else to say. New to this whole SparkPeople thing, so, of course to all the Teams and Forums. Looking to loose a little weight, improve overall health. Managed to loose a little over 50# on my own, but then plateaued and gained about 20 back. Hoping all the motivational stuff and additional information will help get back on track. :)
