Just about any exercise can be your 5 minutes! Can you walk as far s your mail box? Even walking up and down your driveway for 5 minutes can be counted. Just move your body for those 5min. : arms, legs, and motion is what counts..and emoticon to Spark AND the team! You can and will reach your goals! Happy Sparking!
