Thank you for your advice. I will start trying that again. I did that before but I wasnt losing wait so I stopped. How do you put that weight line down at the bottom of the page showing where your weight was and how much you lost and your goal?

I'm trying my best.

MADDY2012 you are in the right place to get started dropping your unhealthy weight. Ask any one of us, Spark proffessionals included, and most of us, I think, will tell you to start drinking your 8 glasses of water and logging every bite of food that you eat. This was sugested to me long ago: it worked! Set your goals, starting small and then aim high. You will fly into your new and healthier self!emoticon

I wish I was able to help you. I singh know nothing about protein for helping with bp. I'm suppose to be eating better cause of my weight, been trying but not succeeding. I wish I could lose some weight. I'm stuck on one specific weight and can't lose any. Anyone have suggestions for me how to get under this weight that I'm stuck on. I wish you luck Lynn_8!!!!!.emoticonemoticon

Hi LYNN_8, I sometimes add a tsp of Fibersure to my water, oatmeal, soup, ground turkey-anything that I can easily mix it into. It adds 25 calories and 5grams of fiber, 6 carbs and is sodium free.

On my oatmeal I add applesauce, low sodium and a few pecans with a generous sprinkle of cinnamon.
Nutella (200 cal. and NO sodium per 2 T serving) is great on something called coco wafers (they are made and packaged in most larger grocery stores) 5 mg sodium.. 15 calories.
Brown rice

I am working to reduce my bp too.

I cannot seem to meet my calorie or fiber needs. I have been here a month and everyday but 1 I have been under on both of these. I eat oatmeal, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, I drink a protein smoothie every morning. I eat 5-6 servings of veggies/fruits everyday. I don't know what else to do. If anyone has any low sodium suggestions please respond. I say low sodium bc I have high blood pressure. Thank you!
