I am finally in the routine I love the 5 min. challenges and I have been working out everyday and I feel so much better .my daughter walked in the room yesterday and laughed at me she said it was funny to see me working out so much and not being able to stay still that was a great accomplishment and I weighed myself for the first time since I started and I lost 10 lbs .I like not weighing in then I keep working harder because I want to make progress and I keep working harder because I know I fee; better and I wont slack off.

I'm finding that I have to cut way back on my Spark teams. I'm having trouble keeping a focus on what I need to be doing, so for now, I will gracefully bow out, with the hope that once I'm on track I will be able to wander back in. I wish you all the best.
