I'd like to make a list of 5 min exercises. Can SP help me out here by adding suitable exercises to these? I only have access to 2 kg weights and Therabands.
1. 25 squats, 2. 14 bicep curls and 14 side bends with 2kg weights 3. 10 forward lunges and 10 side lunges 4. 14 dumb bell lat raise and 14 dumbbell shoulder press. That lot takes 5 mins approx. Add a bit of shoulder rolling/stretching and 5 mins is up.
