I say start with whatever you feel comfortable with. I try to do both the nutirion and fitness logs, but if I don't I will the next day. Sometimes, a lot of times, life gets in the way. We have to learn how to "fit" these things into our lives, but one thing at a time is a good building block!

i find it too diffult to fill out the food tracker
exercise tracker -
both are necessary -for this journey ---

hard to say -- which is first --
i think a person has to do them at same time --

its a challenge for me - but i think maybe alot of people are driven to filling that information in the form ---
