I'm a little late to the party, but today I focused on my menu for the next week. I'm going to cook/prepare everything on Sunday and I broke all my recipes down into segments so, for instance, I can chop all the onions at once, rather than doing it for each recipe.

(Being unprepared is my biggest hurdle.) :)

We are here because we decided to get healthy or to keep from having problems later in life. We decided to get into shape. We decided to lose weight. The key is decided. We made up our minds.
