I'm a little late to the party, but today I focused on my menu for the next week. I'm going to cook/prepare everything on Sunday and I broke all my recipes down into segments so, for instance, I can chop all the onions at once, rather than doing it for each recipe.
(Being unprepared is my biggest hurdle.) :)
