I have just started back with my Joyce workouts.
Last week I did the Fat Burning workout 4 days. My goal is to do the workout 6 days a week for the next three weeks along with walking 1 -2 miles per day.
I will keep you posted on how it goes and what my results are.
Is anyone else here and still working out with Joyce?
