I just ordered Joyce's Dynamic Tension/Complete Non-Stop DVD, so I can rotate it with the Bone Building

I am motivated when I set a goal and reach it, even if it's a small goal. Starting a challenge, then holding myself accountable to keep moving each day to reach the goal. The key is to keep setting goals and keep reaching to achieve them. One day at a time, one reached goal at a time leads to wonderful Motivation!

This has nothing to do with Joyce Vedral, but I get super satisfaction from getting a lot of house work accomplished.

Hello team!

Today, I got to go out and about again! I hardly ever get to!

I went to an up-scale local thrift shop. I bought hats to use as vessels for gift baskets. I got the idea off of Pinterest. All you do is turn the hat upside down, then stick the gift items inside and shrinkwrap it. They will be so cute! One of them is a Budweiser, a Polo, etc.

I also bought a beverage cookbook. There is every imaginable non-alcoholic drink recipe in it.

Following, I bought "The Carbohydrate Addict's Diet". I think it will be a winner. Have you ever heard of it?

The total for all was $14.00. Not too shabby.

I have not gotten to my job yet today. I hope I can do an article tonight. I have so much research to digest. However, shopping for gift basket items is a job in itself!

I am attempting to become a flexitarian. I cannot promise, but will see how it goes.

My bookshelf has soooo many books on it that I have yet to read. Diets, religious, leadership, fitness, etc. How am I ever going to get a chance to read them all? I really want to! Before bed is too late. Morning too early. The rest of the day is work. The only thing I can think of is to pick one day each week to devote solely to reading a book.

I did all of that walking today, right? Before typing this, I took my shoes off and guess what? No pedometer! It fell off somewhere. Oh well, hopefully some other person will find it useful and get into shape!

My Joyce Meyer "Look Great Feel Great" team is not doing too good. No activity at all.

Well, I will close for now. Be good and remember to pray for those who cannot pray for themselves.

I hate weighing myself, but when I do and weight has been lost, I think YES!!!!! I have been watching my portions. I almost joined the coconut oil revolution for weight loss, but Ms. Vedral states in her book "Eat To Trim" not to use it. I believe her as she knows what she is talking about.

I get motivated when my clothes start to get loose. I also like the feeling of accomplishment I get when I stick with something.

Ok, I have a confession to make. Another huge motivator is when others notice and comment on my changes. Today as I was coming in from work, I realized I'd forgotten to fill out a form. So wearing my legging capris and a t shirt I headed back in to work. One of my coworkers said "Wow, Safiyah, look at you, you've got a great body and you're always hiding it under those baggy clothes!"

I responded by saying those clothes FIT when I started, and I was too cheap to buy new ones. I laughed, but I floated on cloud 9 all the way home. I'm no where near my goal, but I'm feeling pretty fantastic today. :-)

Ok, I'm a bit of a nerd I know, but I'm really self motivated. Knowing that if I can get my goals out of the way for the day I'm good the rest of the day will drag me out of bed to do my workouts. I love the fast break week in the book The Spark, and combining that with Joyce Vedral's workouts is JUST what I need to get this tired old body back in shape!

Share some of your motivators here, let us know what motivates you to exercise, what motivated you to join SP and what is motivating you to reach your goals? What gets you going, and keeps you going when all you want to do is sit down?

This is a life changing commitment, one that changes our lives as we make the commitment, and keeps changing our lives as we keep it. Even though we all have to do this for ourselves, we're NOT alone.
