hi!

personally i love snow, just not in Vienna/any city. just gets dirty and slushy with all the exhaust fumes.
as long as it's nice and white and fresh, it's perfect.. for skiing, building snowmen and fool around in the snow ;)

for keeping fit (sane? don't know if that ever applies to me ^^) it doesn't change anything for me. I like to work out at home and/or go dancing. as both things are (mostly) done indoors, it doesn't matter so much about the weather.

I like winter and snow, but I'm also not so much of a winter sports person! I tried nordic skiing once, I loved it, but with travel+gear+tickets+hotel it gets quite expensive. The ice skating in Vienna at the city hall last year was one of my best times in Vienna!

This is my 7th winter in Austria. Some have been better than others. I generally find that busyness and exercise help prevent the winter blues.
I guess I'm not really a winter person because I don't look forward to snow and everyone else in celebrating when it comes.
How do you guys cope?
