Cool! Although it isn't quite so easy for me in German sometimes, lol!

I don't have any brilliant suggestions, lol. When I look for recipes online, I search in English - actually using some american sites that I used before we moved to Europe. I have American measuring cups and spoons :). It is a pain to convert things, especially in the middle of cooking. I know that sparkrecipes always include the calories, but don't know if there are any that are in metric measurements for you - I would guess that there are?

Good luck!

Cheers,
Heidi

Hi All,

I would like to buy a German cookbook, which has calories indicated next to the recipes.

Or an English one, but which you think is applicable in Austria. There's many nice stuff on amazon.com, but they are in OZ, LBS, and using raw materials and cooking style that is quite different from here.

As for a start, I subscribed to www.feinekueche.at . I received the first item a couple of weeks ago, it had 1-2 recipes which moderate calories. But all recipes have the kcal indicated.

Thanks for the help!
Oliver
