That's great! Having recently finished the Couch to 5K preogram, I find it inspirational to see others continuing on to bigger goals. I'll keep plugging away and eventually I will get there too.

This summer I did the Couch to 5K program.. worked out great. And I run regularly, and alternate running with my cycling.
Last night I went for a run, and just felt good. One of those where I'll go to the next hill... no wait, that next hill, sort of thing.
And I wound up running 10 miles. My personal best so far. This morning my legs feel fine. Maybe slightly tired, but nothing more. Woohoo!
