Isn't it an awesome feeling? I remember the first time I ran 5 miles. That was huge for me. It seemed so far. :-) Be proud of yourself. That's an amazing accomplishment.
Watch out, before you know it you'll be running further and further and 5 miles will be your 'easy" run! LOL!

Just wanted to brag...Last July, I started the Couch to 5K program.
Yesterday, I ran 5 miles (a record for distance since I started running again) in 50 minutes!
It felt amazing.
