Lots of good suggestions in the Spark article above and links to even more.
I have mostly Christian music on mine as well. One of my favorites is "Today is the Day" by Lincoln Brewster. There's an amazing guitar solo! I have a few "secular" tunes, too - "Running on Empty" by Jackson Browne, for example. Does that date me or what?!
Rom 8:37 "...in all these things we are more than conquerors through Christ who loved us."
I do not have a playlist, but I use Pandora on my iPhone and find stations like Workouts Hits. I have different stations for different workouts and sometimes different moods. I like variety so that is why I use Pandora (also it's free). Not sure if you want to spend money, but I have heard of an app that you download on your phone, and it matches songs to the cadence you need. For instance, if your goal is to run an 8 minute mile, it plays songs that will unconsciously increase your speed. Let me know if you are interested, and I can search for more info for you. Check out Runner's World - they usually put up playlists.

Hi everyone. It's time to mix up the tunes in my playlist and thought I'd see what everyone is listening to. I know not everyone listens to music while running, but for those who do, what are your favorite motivational/workout songs? One of my favorites is a cover of Stevie Wonder's Uptight by the Tedeschi Trucks band. It's a 15 minute track with a great cadence. When I first started running, I was amazed when I got to the point that I could run through the whole song :)
