Hey if someone makes this sticky we can have a March thread going. Feb was a bit of a slacking on my exercise. I only got 400 minutes in. But next week the weather guys are promising that temps will get back to the 30's. I will be outside in a heartbeat.
Does anyone have any experience with sleep apnea? I have started snoring and I think from what I read online I might be suffering from this. Want to know how hard it was to get a doctor to recommend a sleep study. My clinic doesn't seem to want to help.
