I can relate. Yesterday I got a nail in my truck tire and the garage was back logged. I just couldn't sit and listen to CNN in their waiting room. I took a look at their parking lot and just had the urge to do some laps. A half hour later I'd gotten 1.32 miles per my Fitbit and a FREE tire patch. I think the guy thought I was ticked at the wait and was burning off some steam. I thought the day was going to go down hill after the flat, but I truly enjoyed my jog and DAY!
Even if you only lose 1/2 a pound a week, You'll still lose 26 pounds by this time next year. Just keep going.

I just started working out again 2 mnths ago..its been slow but fun...however the other day as I walked from the parking garage into work I had this feeling I just wanted to run..run into work..but didnt want to look like a fool...it has happened a couple times so the other day I did, I ran into work....then yesterday during our circuit workout..I wanted to run..and not on the platform in place...so I did...I ran around the room ....(good thng it was only my dd and I lol) It felt great..It was 30 sec running and then a resistant machine, then step then running I felt great...can not wait till its warm enough to run outside!
SHUT UP, GET OVER IT, AND JUST DO IT! remember the excuses are what lead u here!!! SO THERE IS NO REASON "WHY'
