Completed my first 5K Saturday! Couldn't run the whole thing due to injuries having held me back from training, BUT this is the most I have done! I completed in 38 minutes, having ran my whole first mile in about 9 minutes. I couldn't even believe I could do a 9-minute mile!!! It was very re-energizing and I look forward to running the whole way on my next 5K. emoticon

AIMLESSAM - Congrats on the first half marathon, very impressive!!
I did my first 5k of the season yesterday at the Colorado Women's Classic. I'm only a few weeks into training, so wasn't looking to break any records, but felt great and turned in a decent time. Ready for the next one :)
