I have a 405 with a HR monitor which I use whenever I run, but I wondered how/if I could use the Garmin and HR monitor when I do boot camp or other exercise to more accurately see how many calories are burned. Has anyone done this? I'd rather not have to buy another gadget but I'd like to see how hard I'm working when I'm doing other exercises.
