I must sheepishly admit though, that I looked at the math and went straight to the calculator (calculator is a link in the article, not an actual hand held calculator).

You must have been reading my mind this morning. Since I started to take this whole running thing more seriously in 2013, I thought about focusing on proper nutrition. Thanks for the timely post.
