My goals this week are to finish Week 4 of the 28 day Bootcamp challenge I have been doing and run 6 days per week. Plus I am trying to get closer to my calorie range since I have been going way under lately and I keep hearing it's very hard to tone if you go way under your calorie range.
Met these goals so far this week. :)

Run using the Gallaway method twice a week and walk or hike on the days I don't run.

No snacking at night!

~ Complete week 5 of the Couch to 5 program (one day down so far).

~ 2 strength training days

Okay scratch these goals for this week. I somehow knocked one of my ribs out of alignment on Tuesday evening so I have to take it a little easier until I can take full breaths again without it hurting. Ill walk for fitness for the rest of this week and start week 5 over again next Monday.

What are your goals this week?

Please use this thread to let everyone know your goals for the week, to keep yourself accountable. The goals can certainly be running related, but you can use the thread for other goals you are currently doing as well.
