So far I have 2 runs....well really 3 because I did a 10k thursday morning and a 5k thursday night, one day of pilates, one days of wii sports, and 110 burpees this week. Yoga today was cancelled due to rain, so I might do some at home, or just chill, but I still need to do 40 more burpees this weekend for a challenge I joined!

Hi there,
I am training for a half marathon in 15 weeks on Saturday 01 December, my first competitive run of any kind :-) Socially jog 4km at the moment for relaxation but a friend pulled out of her triathlon team and today I agreed to take her place .... mmmm 21km

My goal is to start and finish the race. My week starts on Sunday so my week is 7km, 4km, 3km, 3km, 3km with Monday & Friday off

This week, I will run 3 times and cross train once. I will play soccer with my DD on Tuesday and remember that a day of rest is important too... and necessary - even if I don't want to.

I am going to log into SP every day to spin the wheel, track my food, and fitness. Kennedy and I will jog up to her school M,W, and F instead of driving. I will drink 9 glasses of water each day.

Attempting to relocate my mojo and abs while reigniting my inner athlete after delivering a beautiful, healthy, little girl.

Try to keep up with 3 busy grandsons. Play baseball, ride bikes, walk/run, etc. Run a half marathon with their mom on Sunday!

Goals for Aug 13-19 - 4 runs, evening bike rides as often as I can, and strength training at least once.
And I need to mow the lawn. ;) (that's 60 min right there!!)

2012 Races:
5K - 7/28/12 (my first!)

Just found out that I have the fever that the kids in my preschool have been sharing. Hoping it doesn't last long, I feel like sludge!
I hope to get in 3 runs and 1 or 2 yoga/pilates classes this week!

What are your goals this week?

Please use this thread to let everyone know your goals for the week, to keep yourself accountable. The goals can certainly be running related, but you can use the thread for other goals you are currently doing as well.

Simply write down what you have for a goal for the week (for example: complete week three of C25k), and then as the week progresses, come back and update with the results as you complete steps toward your goal.
