I'm participating in my 2nd ever 10K event. I want to have a better time than my last one in May, but it's a much hillier course and the high for Saturday in the Bluegrass is 100! I'll settle for finishing!

I am still on vacation and the altitude makes running hard. I am trying to do something active every day. We are swimming, hiking a little (again, very hard!), and today we went white water rafting. My Marathon training starts July 2, so this week I just plan to stay as active as possible!

Please use this thread to let everyone know your goals for the week, to keep yourself accountable. The goals can certainly be running related, but you can use the thread for other goals you are currently doing as well.
Simply write down what you have for a goal for the week (for example: complete week three of C25k), and then as the week progresses, come back and update with the results as you complete steps toward your goal.
