I joined a local running/training group for an upcoming 4-mile race, so my goal for this week is to make it to all of the meetings and do the assigned "homework" all week. And to keep up with my 3x/week lifting schedule.

I started training for that half on Saturday with a nice 5 miler - had a PR. whoop! The rest of this week want to run 2X with attention to my IT band. Cross Training with cycling, step aerobics and ST. Continuing to eat whole foods, drink plenty of water and maneuver carefully between all of the end of the school year celebrations.

My goal this week is one yoga class, 3 short runs (2 three milers and five), one sculpting class, and a 5K. I am technically not training for my September Half until July, but I want to keep running to stay in the groove, and so that when I race, I am ready. I am hoping to get below 30 minutes for a 5K this summer!

Please use this thread to let everyone know your goals for the week, to keep yourself accountable. The goals can certainly be running related, but you can use the thread for other goals you are currently doing as well.
Simply write down what you have for a goal for the week (for example: complete week three of C25k), and then as the week progresses, come back and update with the results as you complete steps toward your goal.
