Stace - try going to bed in your workout clothes! Also, start going to bed a little earlier each night, so that you still get your required rest in. Don't try doing it an hour at a time, you'll just lie there awake. But go ten minutes earlier this week, another ten next week, etc.
Do rewards work for you? Set up something so that if you do get in XX number of runs in the early morning, you get to splurge on something that you really want. Even smaller things work - I shower with a body wash, nice smelling, and feels really good *IF* I've done my morning cardio. If not, I shower with my husband's bar of Zest soap - which I don't particularily care for. This won't work for everyone, but it sure motivates me to get something (ANYTHING) done before I have to shower and get ready for work. We all have to find what works for us!
What about finding a buddy who will go in the mornings with you? It's really hard to push off a workout, if you know there is someone waiting for you at that time of the morning.
