Thanks for sharing the article Judi, I had missed that now that the Health News isn't on the main Start page any more. It was a timely read for me because my motivation to run has been flagging so that's reminded me of some of the reasons I love it!

Thanks for sharing the article, Judi. I can attest that it has certainly made this year of my life more vibrant! And all of my high numbers are now lowered to a healthy standard... cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar. And my weight is steadily dropping towards the final healthy weight. From running and eating well, I've crossed from obesity to overweight and I'm getting close to a normal BMI. Incredible!

What a great way to reinforce how healthy it is to run, as well as for new people who think they go too slow (it all counts). We don't all have to be marathon runners, or be super-fast, or run every day. Just a little consistency over the years can really be beneficial.
