My Goal is to finish week 6 day 3 of C25K.
Today, April 18: Week 3, Day 1 5k Rookie Running training (Did this already today.)
Friday, April 20th: Week 3, Day 2 (Did it!)
Sunday, April 22: Week 3, Day 3

I just joined up with this group as well as a running clinic here in Cincinnati. So my goal is simple and that is to just stick with it! I have always been around running and runners, but have never been a runner myself. I walk a lot of 5k's, but have finally decided that I wanted to become a runner after all these years. So any words of wisdom and encourgement will be greatly appreciated.
very sore from yesterday's double race day, so I will be doing a lot of yoga and pilates for the next day or two. Hopefully running towards the end of the week!

Was able to finish 3mi without walking last week, so now going to try and get it under 47mins.

Please use this thread to let everyone know your goals for the week, to keep yourself accountable. The goals can certainly be running related, but you can use the thread for other goals you are currently doing as well.
Simply write down what you have for a goal for the week (for example: complete week three of C25k), and then as the week progresses, come back and update with the results as you complete steps toward your goal.
Plus, our team is on our way to running to the moon! Please help us get there, by adding that team goal to your own goals list. You can find it from the main team page (near the bottom).
