Happy Anniversay, Nera!
You and Kirsten both had sore tummies yesterday. I wouldn't mind getting one via anniversary medallions (Yum!), but I also really like Kirsten's idea.

Kirsten :O( on the forced time off. Excellent work-arounds!

Hi Rich! Glad you're pain free. It sounds like you dodged a PF bullet.

Anne: I'm in Seattle, so I know the pain of a sogging wet run sandwiched by dry weather. Also wet runs sandwiched by more wet weather. Usually the latter, actually.

Also, wardrobe malfunctions, Christy. I recently gave in and bought those skin-tight jogging capris even though my darling son (the 10 year old who doesn't even have a rudimentary frontal lobe yet, or, if he does, it certainly isn't hooked up to anything else) tells me my butt looks like jello when I jog in them. (Husband is carefully mum on the subject, so I know it must be true.) But no more malfunctions, so there's that.

Trish, when IS Canadian tax day? I hope you get to be done soon!

Bicycled my errands today, and ChaLEAN this evening. I'm preserving my knees by spacing out the runs as much as I can. Never had knee pain before I picked up this running habit. Sigh.

Thanks Christy! I 'only' have two years to go - maybe tack on a semester if I get the thesis 'deal' I want. That would put me on the 6 year undergrad plan! Could be worse. Boo on wardrobe issues!

Anne, that weather sounds very mean! I would kick a raincloud's butt for you if I could. Way to GO getting 'er done though!!!

I know, I said goodnight. Now I mean it!

Nera-haha, my dh is a slooow walker too. Drives me nuts! Happy Anniversary!

NewSweetBreezes-good job on pushing through the unpleasant weather and getting that run in. Canít wait to hear about your 5k.

Heather-good for you to sync those runs on FB. I sync mine too. I have a lot of FB Spark friends and itís always nice to get a ďlikeĒ from people.

Penny-congrats on a great hm!

Trish-taxes=bluck.

Carolyn-our parties are fun in this community! Glad you ds got out there and tried, even if he was dead last.

Carrie-you finished and thatís what counts. Great job!!

Angie-hope the meeting of the managing partner opens up a door for you.

Jenny-wise choice on skipping the run this weekend. Youíre super speedy when need be.

Kirsten-how nice to get jobs lined up and be able to go back to school in the fall. I was on the 20 year plan to graduate from college - I think I need to up it to 30. LOL.

Anne-sounds like a very productive day. Sorry you got drenched on your run.

I went out for my run yesterday but threw in the towel after 1 mile. Wardrobe issues had me frustrated - shirt kept riding up, skirt kept sliding down. Not a good combination. So now Iím off for some speed work on the tm.

Oh my! It has been two days since I posted...and there is no way I am going to catch up!
So here is my day off today! Bobby and I decided we had best get exercise (my run/ his biking) in this morning before all the rain and storms hit (according to the radar and weather channel). So off we went. I warmed up with a walk for .25 miles and it got darker. I started my garmin and started my run and the heavens opened! It rained hard then easy then hard the entire 4 miles and the .25 I walked to cool down at the end. Same for Bobby...he was shooting for 20 miles on the bike and ended it at 6 (more dangerous on the bike than running). So I took off all that I could clothing wise and hopped in the car for home...and wella! The rain stopped, the sun came out and we haven't had a drop of rain since! REALLY!?? Oh well...it was done.
Then we did some grocery shopping, picked up one of many medicines, filled up the car and returned home to do lots of other stuff. Worked on the office/spare room for guests (really don't have many but it's there in case we do). We organized Alex's room and got it ready for his visit in a few weeks. (Poor room...I just keep the door closed most of the time so it was neglected). I did lots of laundry and Bobby is weeding the flower beds now. So all in all a very productive day.

Beth-sorry about Frans issues with the thyroid. It is a delicate balance on medicines for sure. Mine was changed tons of times until I lost the weight. If you like...tell him that since I have lost weight and exercised I have had my dosage dropped and kept my weight off. Endro even took me out to the waiting room once and told Bobby and other patients how well I was doing and how proud of us she was! Hope the new dosage does the trick for him.
Carrie-looking forward to the blog! Congrats!
Jenny-hope your back is all better soon. Rest will help!
Doris-cool on looking at new boats!
Nera-haha...you funny!
Carolyn-sounds like your son had found something he loves! 10k is my favorite distance.
Oh my...thats all I remember...no double screen and I am tiring out! Have a great evening all!
Later.

Anne

You will never find time for anything. You must make it.

Okay first I am barely able to sit up right. Anniversary today so we went out to eat at Texas road house. I only had the little medallions but right now I am so full I wish to be prone on the couch. LOL!!!

The tough mudder looks awesome. That has to be added to my list.

Trish I laughed when you called my t-shirt ideas a poem but then I reread it and it does kind of work as a poem. Hallmark won't be calling any time soon though. LOL!!!

Now I have to go and make invitations for a shower where the theme is chickens. Because I was so full I couldn't think when I was at the store and now have to freehand draw a chicken on 7 invitations. Oh man I am going back to my plan of being prone. LOL!!!!

nagging = encouraging! I like it! I sometimes say 'motivating for change' - lol!

love the addition, Doris! I hope you can maybe make an offer and get a deal on one of those boats!

Beth, that bank experience sounds interesting! I'm glad it turned out alright. Yes, I've had tempeh. I like it better at a restaurant... haven't really figured out how to prepare it properly. It's lovely barbequed with sauce.

Wow, Anne - a GROUP sleep in? Those are pretty rare! Nice!!

Jenny, just your back is bothering you? After what you've been through, that's awesome! How's the rest of you? Take it easy, rest up, feel better!

NSBreezes, that looks like a marvellous week! Great plan taking a couple days' rest before the big event. I can't wait to hear all about it! And don't worry about names and keeping track - it'll come. If something doesn't make sense, just ask. There's a fair bit of 'short hand' that flies around this thread, and sometimes it seems like an inside joke - but it's never meant to exclude. I'll get you started: Popcorn = euphemism for, um, 'snuggle time,' NM = Naughty Mansion - there's a whole story behind it, but it's the imaginary place we all escape to for pole-dancing, chocolate hot-tub relaxation time. Fartleks - not unique to this thread of course, but always a rockin' great topic!

Frank, nice to 'see' you again! Are you on break yet?

Angie, I hope you do get some rest. Everything else is just harder when you need sleep right?

Carolyn, that is TOO funny about the regatta results! Way for DS to keep a positive attitude. Good sportsmanship!

Well done, Rich and Penny! You're both half-nuts!

Heather, don't ever hesitate to post n' boast!

Nera, I'd like one of each of those in green please!

Christy, sounds like great fun. I presume you are feeling better?

Trish, I forgot what I was going to say to you...

Whew! That's as far back as I can manage today. I got some paperwork done for one job today - I think I might be all set for summer work now. Once all the balls get rolling I might even be able to afford to go to school in the Fall! I'm on forced run-hiatus since DH took my car out of town and the bus to school isn't running this week :o( Thursday will be my next opportunity to hit the 'belt. But I'm keeping the exercise streak alive with Spark Boot camp and silly games (today I challenged myself to do 5 crunches every time someone on the fb April challenge thread posts a 'done' - my tummy's getting a little sore!)

Oh, there I see Carolyn chimed in one more post before I hit this one - first, love the use of 'cotton on' - an entirely underused phrase in my opinion, and WTG on the run today.

'k - see y'all tomorrow.

Carrie, CONGRATS! What a race. I've got to look that one up--underwater obstacles!?!?

Beth, Good on your bank, cottoning on to your not being in Miami. By the way, I've also been talking up the exercise to my hubby. Hope he's got the thyroid med titrated to the right level--it'll make everything so much easier.

Aboyer12, Hope you get some good sleep soon. emoticon

New Sweet, Enjoy week 8! I'll cross my fingers for good weather.

Jenny, Your alarm did a good thing. Sounds like the rest was a good idea. Heal up quick!

Penny, Thanks for the vb link! ("You are the woo to my hoo!" and "It's not like it's parsley or something." LOL!)

Got in a nice 4.5 miler at lunch time. Going to do some ChaLEAN tonight. It's a good day.

Home from looking at boats. Loooonnnngggg drive both ways but no stopped traffic this time. Phew. Anyway, we found two boats we really like but both are out of our price range. One by lots and lots of money and the other, just a little. We have found several more to look at in the near future.
I read back, seems like RRs are bruised, bike accident prone, 1/2 fanatics, and generally up to no good. Love the sayings that Zombie Nera came up with. I have one to add: If you can read this, I am not last:)

okay-I have missed a couple of days and am overwhelmed trying to read back. SO-I read a few and that's all I can do. I'll jump in here now,say HI,how ya'll doin'?
I'm tired today-shouldn't be as we all slept in til 10 yesterday morning! The WHOLE darned family needed sleep-the teens slept til 2-3 pm! What a treat for us all!
I'm doing well on my eating for this new bday challenge I put myself up to-gotta figure out what I'm doing for cardio today. Really want to run and it looks like the rain is finished so maybe I can do that. I'll try a run with intervals of fast and walking to burn some extra F.A.T!
Beth-that's great the company caught it so fast!! how's the elbow?
Ookay, time to get back to some cleaning. My computer desk needs a makeover. it's just like the kitchen counter: we all drop whatever and everything on both and they're a mess!

Carrie - awesome job! Your pictures looked good...well except for the bruise one. You and I could have a bruise-off. LOL. Congrats on finishing!

I did not do my final long run this weekend. My back was bothering me on both Saturday and Sunday and I decided that I would rather not do the run than run the risk of making it even worse. This HM has the potential for disaster written all over it, so I think the goal is just going to be upright and smiling across the finish line. emoticon

I slept through my alarm this morning, so no bike to work. (However, we did learn that I can get showered and ready for work in 15 minutes if you put the screws to me...) It's probably for the best anyway - giving my back one more day of rest before I try exercising again. Maybe I'll go for a walk tonight and see how that goes.

Time to scoot.

Happy Monday!

Anne-way to go on the 7 mi, but no good that the garmin died.
Frank-great run!
Penny-way to go!! You did outstanding! I'm incredibly impressed.
Carolyn-that is awesome that he is in love with crew, though I had to laugh about his remark after the first race. Hope you do get to do the 10k next year, that would be fun!
NewSweet-nice work! You're doing awesome braving the weather! (aboyer12=Angie)
Rich-congrats, but what is the half fanatics?
Nera- you are entirely too funny! I'm glad you weren't injured. Lol...on wardobe issues. I would have done the same thing. :) Love all of those!
Maddie-glad to hear the back is nearly better, but yes perhaps some rest would have done you some good. Good to hear you have some taking care of you for some therapy.
Heather-aww you're too sweet! Thank you ma'am! Menses really screws with the scale and tends to help you retain water. I have that problem every month so I'm sure next week will be better!
Beth-you're almost to the clean slate, very exciting! I'm sure it will be awesome! Glad to hear the fraud company was able to protect your assets!
Carrie-you're a rockstar!! Way to go!

Well not a lot of working out this weekend, but got a few things done around the house. The lack of sleeping is a bit rough on me, but we'll get there. I just need to spend some serious hours doing work, which would really help things along in the stress area. We had a great time Saturday night at a dinner and silent auction. Got to meet the managing partner of the firm that just posted a job, so perhaps that will help things in that direction. :) Other than that, not much else to report.

Carolyn---that is my FAV hybrid...love those 2 programs!!

Carrie---saw that bruise!!! Ouch...sounds like fun...tough, but fun....CONGRATS!!!

Today---going to the Dr with hubby to talk about his thyroid meds....need to go to the bank to get the money back for a purchase I made while I was in Miami on Friday....as you know I was not in Miami on Friday..the fraud company called me on Friday to tell me about this....the bank was impressed...they contacted me within 15 minutes of the activity...they were able to charge $300 but they denied the $298.30 transaction...without my bank card since the bank cancelled it...
Then grocery shopping for the Reset!!!

Make today count!!!!

Holy mackerel.

The Tough Mudder was the hardest thing I have ever done in my life. For those of you on FB, you saw just *one* knee's worth of bruise. Multiply that by my entire body, and you have the whole story. And what's funny (?) is that I managed to make it up the halfpipe, over the 12-foot high walls, and off the 15-foot platform into the freezing cold lake, but the cold is what got me at the end. There were 3 or 4 obstacles I just didn't do because they were in water, and by that time I was FREEZING. But I did it! And I had a blast.

I'll blog when I have more time and when I have the energy to get my photos all in one place.

My thank for today - lots and lots of ibuprofin.

Carrie

Penny, wow that's a great time!

Hey Christy, I want to be invited to the kind of parties you get to go to. How was the post party run?

Sweet breezes: Congrats on week 7! Way to go. Right around week 7 was where I started going longer and harder and getting closer to a point where I felt like a runner. It just gets more fun from there!

Trish, we had such a good time! The regatta was at Brentwood college, the campus of which kind of blew our minds. How cool that you rowed in college! That takes some serious iron, both mentally and physically.

Beth, enjoy your recharge! I really like the Beachbody's series by Chalene Johnson. I'm doing a hybrid of ChaLEAN extreme and Turbo Fire right now and I'm loving it.

We just got back from Victoria and we're pretty zonked. My son had two races. His quad capsized in their first race ("Mom, we lost by 1500 m" he said afterwards. It was a 1500m race.) and his second race, in an 8, they finished a very definitive dead last. Somehow all of this has only deepened his love for crew, so it looks as though we will be returning to this regatta next year. There was a HUGE 10K on Sunday morning being run right in front of our hotel, sponsored by the local newspaper. If the regatta and the 10K coincide next year, I'm SO running in it!

Completed HM #23 today. I did this one last year and it was snowy, icy, cold and gross. This year it was sunny with just the right amount of wind.... What a difference a year makes. First, I'm not pregnant emoticon and second, apparently, I'm faster. Unofficial time: 2:24:20
I really, really need a nap right now. Unfortunately, Roo doesn't believe me. *le sigh*

Got my run in today. Stepped up the intervals and shaved some time off. I had my Facebook broadcast settings turned off on Nike+ for awhile. I was thinking no one wanted to read posts about when I was running. Today I decided I don't care because *I* want to read it. LOL!

Completed Week 7 day 3 today of Couch 2 5K . Today I tried to get this run in indoors a a local stadium as it was freezing out. The Security guard ask me and my mom to leave as their were not walking aloud today . It was for FUNNY to get kick out of the stadium!

SO anyways I decided to show some bravery and even though it was windy and cold I persevered and got week 7 done.

Next sunday May 6, 2012 I will be doing my First 5 K and this time running it!! WOW!

There are many of you chatting here I will learn all your names and what profile is you eventually. I love that you are all so involved.

Okay today is good day. Yeah!!!!! Hubby splurged and bought season pass to parks in our county and neighboring county. Told him now he had to go walking with me because we had to get our $25 worth. LOL!!!! We did walk but he doesn't walk real fast so I need to go out again and burn some actual calories. LOL!!!!

I dont' remember the t-shirt idea from around Xmas. Heck with my memory lately I am surprised when I remember what I ate for breakfast. LOL!!! But let's brainstorm a few. Right off the top of my head I have:

Zombie Nera
Welcome to the Grumpy side
I am not fat I just have too much batting
Running is easier if someone is chasing you
Life would be easier if the world would let me be in charge
I am not fat I just wasn't quilted right
Don't talk to me unless you have chocolate
Nera- One part grumpy, one part chocolate and the rest we can't talk about
Nera has determined life would be better if you went away
Nera is always right-Your life will be easier if you just go along with that
Nera=Awesome
Been there, done that, wrote a blog about it

I'd love stationery like that, Nera! I'd totally buy the tshirt too. What was the t-shirt we were going to make around Christmas time? I can't remember. Ooooh I wish I could - there could be a whole line of Nera shirts. It was something about being grumpy or quilting.

Hey everyone!!

Today was ummm, super hectic!!! Josh and Don went out this morning for some last minute goodie bag stuff for his b'day party. Miss and I hit Kelowna for her soccer game...they played really well, but lost to some super high kicks (in a couple of years, these girls will be able to jump that high!!). Josh and Don went to Josh's baseball game (obviously Joshy watched)...after that, we have 5 boys coming to our place to drive them to the b'day party, so Miss and I hung out until Don came home...headed out to the EnergyPlex for Joshy's party. It was soooooo loud in the party room...

AFter the party I hit the gym, and did a weird workout comprised of the eliptical, a bunch of core stuff, and a relaxing stretch. Home now doing taxes...ayayaya!!!

Go Rookie Racers!!!!

Nera, LOL about the laps in the chocolate hot tub!!! We ALLL go through this funk sweetie, it will get better for sure!!! Holy scary sorry!!! What a crazy time:)

Frank, I saw you enjoyed your run....NICE!!!

Bobby, hugs and love to you buddy!! Anyway you can send your beer to me at those prices???? LOL:)

Maddy, glad your back is feeling better!! Stupid driver....should give him a spark button!!! Yeah, you and I need to be in the "slow learners" group when it comes to injury!!

Angie, nice job with the workout!! Sometimes we just need to take a break from running.

Judi, LOL!!! I wanted to put him on a weighloss program in case I have to lift him again, but child protective services would NOT be happy with that:)

Anne, nice to get it done...I kind of laughed (ok, really laughed)...I got a sunburn today watching Miss play soccer, and you are talking about snow!!! One way to deal with the bad Garmin Monster, is to NOT run with one:) The only time mine comes out is when I am doing a race. Otherwise, my body tells me how fast to run. Sounds like a fun night planned with your sis!!!

Sweet Breeze, nice with the run...you rocked out the 3.7 chicka!!!

Rich, nice job qualifying for the half fanatics!!!

Heather, nicely done with the gym workout:) You will do better on the next weigh-in for sure:)

Carolyn...AAAHHHHH, Victoria;) Enjoy the city! I SOOOO love it:)
Oh yeah, did I tell you I rowed for UVIC for a wee bit? So I know the lake that you are hanging on:)

Anyhow, must fly...have a fundraiser bottle drive tomorrow for the 24-hour relay, hopefully we can get some cash for a great cause:)

Hugs and love,
Trish

Just smacked my forhead as I got it. It jumped right up at me just after I hit "post message".

I was hit and thrown from my bike in Boston by a driver who passed me as we were going through an intersection, then made a quick right turn as soon as they got around me, directly into my path. No way I could stop. I went over the hood (with a pretty loud "wham"--they couldn't have not noticed), and they sped up and away. I still have a pizza shaped scar on one arm. No sports-logo bruises at time, alas. I agree: take a picture!
Thanks goodness we're all here (and not in an undead way) to tell about it. Cyclists are at a definitely disadvantage vs. the cars and vs. pavement when things go wrong.

Jenny, sorry about your fall. While you ďjust do itĒ on the couch, donít do anything I wouldnít do!

Carolyn and Christy, thanks for the words of encouragement. Itís that TOM which might explain the weight gain. *sigh*

Rich, congratulations on finishing the roller coaster race. What a workout that must have been!

ABOYER12, youíre a tri machine! I admire your swimming anf biking prowess.

Carrie, hope your mud run was awesome! I hope you were free of wardrobe malfunctions.

I worked out at the gym today and got my circuit and cardio done. The official weight in was +2lbs from last week. Ugh. My leader told me that since I was doing so well this week, it'll probably show up next week on the scale. I also found a thread in the SP Cafe about menses and weight gain. I feel a little better about it now. I just have to stay consistent. Run day for me tomorrow. Can't wait!

Rich, I think it's safe to safe you'd qualify as a full fanatic, not just half!

Back is almost healed. A young driver knocked me off my bike over Easter. Rotten sod didn't even have courtesy to stop! In hindsight I shouldn't have complete my 70km ride, nor done another 70km ride two days later. And that small jog and bike ride the day after that, maybe not the smartest of choices? . But as I told my Bowen Therapist when she queried me why was I still exercising ~ hey, I wasn't dead, therefore I could!

To all rookies, run safe and to those of us feeling a bit slower, tread wisely!

Zombie Neraus I want that on a t-shirt. LOL!!!! It is funny that I still remember my first thought after I was hit by the car was not oh goodness I have just been hit by a car. But I am laying on the street and I could get killed laying here. I am so out of here. LOL!!!! Later back in my dorm I sort of freaked out when I realized what had happened and the adrenline all went away. You know nobody called the cops. The guy just loaded my bike in to his car and gave me a lift back to campus. I never got his name or contact info and he didn't get mine. What a different time.

So rainy and cold here today. Went shopping with my sister and found nada. Came home and passed out on the couch for almost 2 hours. I don't think I realize how tired I am all the time. I think I need to go back to taking melatontin for a better night's sleep.

These tough mudders sound fun but I didn't realize how much thought you had to put in to what you wore. I probably would have just showed up in my usual work out gear and then had to sorry wardrobe issues. LOL!!!!

Spot. 7 miles done this morning in cold, wind and snow flurries! I will take it. I was a bit concerned about the forecast of rain but it didn't come until about 2. Add to that my garmin quit around mile 5 twice and then completely bailed on me. Luckily I know my route so I could finish up my 7 miles but darn it I am tired of this garmin crapping out on me!
Heading out to a murder/mystery dinner soon with my sis and DIL. See ya all later.

Nera, the driver that hit you might have thought you were running injured, perhaps even with a head injury. As a first responder, we have had to go look for people who have had accidents. They get disoriented and take off. Just a thought, but he probably was just very surprised that you had it in you after being hit.

Frank - how was that morning run? That's a great time of day for it.

Beth - great job getting your chores done so early in the day. Hope you had a fun lunch!

Bobby, when you said you had been mia around Spark, I thought you meant with the pup. I had to go back and re-read that. LOL. Sorry to read that you have to work so much right now, especially knowing how you took time off to run us all over the place. Now I feel bad. Perhaps I could start a collection....

Angie - great job on fighting yesterday's blues with movement. Have fun tonight.

Carrie - sounds like so much fun, with the course, and the friends. Enjoy it!

I went out for a four mile walk today. Like Bobby, I wanted to bike, but the weather just isn't co-operating here either. I ran this week on Thursday, but going to try just one run a week and see if I can't battle PF that way.

Rich - didn't you have PF a few years ago? You were one of the people I though had gone through it and emerged to do even better things. If it truly is PF, you will want to back off any speed or hill workouts - kind of like yesterday's triumph!

And Trish, I'm so sorry to read about your back again. Hon, I truly believe your deadlifting 75 pound days are out of the question right now. Don't make me get Mel's pointy boot after you!

Nera - there is concern that garments are going to be lost in the mud. I've heard the less you wear, the better. Hm. My hubs watched them setting up the course yesterday - he came home and said that I'm going to have a blast! I'm getting really excited!!!

My team is coming up this afternoon. One girl should be here in about a half hour - we're running out for some last minute stuff, and then coming back to meet the other two girls around 4:30. Having some pasta tonight and psyching ourselves up. I can't wait!

Carolyn hope you got the car packed with your neck out and husband's back out. Safe travels!

Trish- No good about your back my dear. Take care of you. I bet the split for josh will work well. That is awesome that Miss didn't want presents, what a great kid!

2wheeler- I have had the mornings of conditioner first and wondered what was up. Hopefully Friday went better for you and if not at least its the weekend!

Jenny-crash! You poor thing. I'm sure you're feeling pretty sore. Hopefully this weekend you will get all beat up. Gotta love a nice easy run!

Christy- Too funny about the horn baby, but I wouln't worry about it my dear. Unless you have a really good seat its easy to go flying off. It has taken years for me to get comfortable in the saddle. Then change disciplines and add jumps and things get interesting. Its actually been the last couple of months that my instructor has been working really hard with me once we realized I wasn't sitting well enough in the saddle. It has gotten lots better, but plenty of improvement left as well. Way to go on your super fast run!

NewSweet-way to go!

Anne11-new weightloss plan. I'm liking it. Hope things go well for you. I'm not being too ambitious with the weight loss. Right now the goal is to be 185 by beginning of June for the tri, but if I hit that goal prior to that, we'll see where I end up. Good luck with it. Let's drop some pounds!

Kirsten-so many job offers that is awesome!

Rich-shoe issues no good, but hopefully you can get that worked out. I know I was wearing iPearl's but they quit making running shoes, so I have been trial and error on that front. The price alone would make me want to switch too! Way to go on the trail run. That race looked wicked. I did check your race results. Way to go on being in teh top 100 finishers overall. You should be very proud!

Nera-I don't blame you in wanting a do over for the week. I will join you in that one. I know how you feel about the job. I have been that way for awhile. I have been working really hard to distance myself and just say that its a job. It helps a little bit while I look for one that will make me happy. Hang in there!

Heather-No good on not getting along with the scale. Hopefully today went better for you!

Penny-Woo Hoo on ST!! Remember its a good thing to not be too sore the next day. You'll just have to keep rocking it! Where does the time go that Roo's 6 mo already. My best friends children (twin sisters) are turning 2 and 1 respectively this month. I have no idea where the time went. They grow up so fast.

Doris-Have fun looking at boats.

Well I was very down yesterday, but forced myself to go to the gym to bike and swim. I biked about 10 miles in 30 minutes and then swam 30 laps for 750 yards in a little over 20 minutes. Not too bad for taking a few weeks off from swimming and not biking. I still haven't gotten myself to run. I have been really off the last couple of weeks. Too much stuff work and family stuff that i don't want to get into. So trying to focus on one day at a time. I plan to try and run today. We have a dinner and silent auction benefit to go to tonight. Alright heading to grab some lunch. Happy Saturday!

Good morning everybody.

Crazy two days. Completely lost yesterday with just so much to do. Woke up way too early this morning. I guess I am excited about a morning run? LOL. See you all later.
